BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Picker/Packer to join our team in Lathrop CA. As a Material Handler and Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing parts for shipment, sorting parts, and storing parts.

Duration: 3 Months
Location: Lathrop CA
Work Schedule: Second shift (10AM-6:30PM), Monday - Friday
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent or 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Good attendance.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work with close tolerances.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction and written processes.
The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
