We are seeking a Project Manager/Site Supervisor to join our team at BCFS for a facility in Lake City. This role is vital in overseeing custodial operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met in all facilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily custodial operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for various facilities.
- Train and mentor custodial staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff.
- Collaborate with facility management to address specific cleaning needs or concerns.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule that would include working after 6:00 PM and beyond when the circumstance dictate
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management for cleaning supplies is a plus.
