What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at BCG Advisors?
BCG Advisors is a fast growing employee benefits and commercial insurance agency. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated and qualified person to join our employee benefits team. This position entails daily administrative tasks, interaction with clients and support for the employee benefits team. Candidate must require knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, be extremely organized and works well within a team setting. The daily workload would consist of:
Compiling excel census files to submit to insurance carriers to generate quotes.
Assisting clients with missing information on new employee enrollment forms.
Formulating employee communication materials.
Track follow-ups with insurance carriers.
Track insurance renewal dates for clients .
Manually entering information into carrier portals and checking for approvals .
We will train. We are looking for someone to work four to five hours per day up to 20 hours per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
