This permanent position is ideal for individuals interested in non-partnership track opportunities. The Attorney Specialist will play a key role in assisting with mutual fund filings, new fund launches, and ensuring compliance with regulations under the 1940 Act . The role offers an opportunity to work closely with partners and associates on significant client relationships in a specialized and dynamic area of law.
Duties :
- Support registered fund attorneys with mutual fund and ETF filings, including new fund launches and updates to fund registration statements.
- Review and prepare mutual fund shareholder reports and board materials.
- Conduct legal research on matters related to the 1940 Act and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and updating mutual fund documents.
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients in the asset management sector.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
