Job OverviewA prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Business / Corporate Attorney with 5 years of relevant experience to join a market-leading Corporate practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative, with the ability to assist clients on a broad range of complex business and corporate matters, including advising on corporate governance, entity formation, financing strategies, and M&A transactions.
