This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with a dynamic team of professionals. The firm provides comprehensive immigration services to a wide range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies. The role will involve managing a high volume of business immigration cases, including NIV and IV matters, and overseeing a team of paralegals.Location : Duties : Manage a high-volume caseload, including both NIV and IV matters (e.g., H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, and EB-1).Oversee and provide direction to 3 to 4 paralegals of varying skill levels.Utilize case management and other reporting tools for efficient data and information handling.Perform intake of cases, troubleshoot issues, and develop case strategies with clients.Analyze case documents and review immigration applications for filing.Draft complex Requests for Evidence (RFE), Motions to Reopen, Appeals, and Audits to USCIS and DOL.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on case strategy and legal requirements.Participate in client webinars and one-on-one meetings as required.Track case status using case management and billing systems.Run reports and manage case timelines as needed.Collaborate within a team environment, providing updates on case status and firm processes.Engage in ongoing training and development on business immigration matters.Requirements : Must be barred and legally eligible to practice law in the United States.Minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration law, including NIV and IV employment-based matters.Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for non-immigrant and immigrant visas.Experience in a high-volume practice, including paralegal management.Knowledge of global immigration practices is preferred.Excellent client service mindset with strong attention to detail.Proficiency with immigration databases, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other relevant tools.Exceptional organizational, research, and writing skills.Education : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications : Must be admitted to the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Skills : Extensive knowledge of business immigration law, including NIV and IV matters.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and direct a team of paralegals.Client-focused with the ability to handle a high caseload and meet deadlines.Proficient in immigration databases and case management software.Exceptional writing, organizational, and research skills.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Benefits : Salary commensurate with experienceHealth insurance optionsRetirement programs with company matchingFlexible paid time offHybrid work-from-home arrangementsCompany infoBCG Attorney Search1750 Montgomery St Fl 1San FranciscoCaliforniaUnited States 94111Phone : (415) 464 6897Fax : (213) 895-7306#J-18808-Ljbffr
