This opportunity offers career growth with a positive work-life balance and a supportive, non-traditional firm structure.Duties : Manage the litigation and post-judgment processes for a multi-state commercial collections practice.Review and prepare legal documents related to litigation and collections.Handle suit decisions, communicate with litigation staff, and negotiate with consumers and attorneys.Attend court hearings as necessary.Oversee judgment enforcement and work closely with team members across various departments.Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of legal work.Collaborate with a team to deliver quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.Requirements : Active Bar license in California; additional licenses in other states (NV, AZ, CO, NM) are a plus.3-5 years of experience in commercial collections or litigation.Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including suit filing and judgment enforcement.Experience in customer service or collections is beneficial.Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Team-oriented with a flexible attitude.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Education : J.D. from an accredited law school.Certifications : California Bar license required.
