The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the consumer goods and / or consumer products industry, focusing on Manufacturing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sales Broker Agreements, Raw Material Supply Agreements, Packaging Supply Agreements, Equipment Leases, Equipment Purchase Agreements, and Product Purchase and Sale / Supply Agreements.
