This position offers the opportunity to work with both small and large business clients in various industry sectors, providing valuable experience across the firm’s six offices. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the consumer goods and / or consumer products industry, focusing on Manufacturing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sales Broker Agreements, Raw Material Supply Agreements, Packaging Supply Agreements, Equipment Leases, Equipment Purchase Agreements, and Product Purchase and Sale / Supply Agreements.
