Duties
- Advise clients on energy projects focused on renewable energy and energy storage.
- Draft and negotiate power purchase agreements (PPAs), including physical and virtual agreements, for both buyers and sellers.
- Develop and review corporate PPAs and energy storage offtake agreements.
- Provide counsel on agreements for carbon removal credits, nuclear energy offtakes, and renewable energy credits.
- Handle hedging agreements, resource adequacy sales agreements, ISDA agreements, and EEI agreements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to meet their strategic energy and infrastructure goals.
- Navigate and resolve complex legal and regulatory challenges in energy transactions.
