The candidate will serve in Municipal, County, and District Court cases; Traffic Violations, DUI / DWAI, Domestic Violence, Harassment, Assault and Battery, Criminal Mischief, and Trespass. Will develop, prepare, and defend the clients against criminal charges at all stages in municipal, county, and district courts. Will participate in legal and advocacy conferences and develop and provide CLE presentations on pertinent topics. Other duties as assigned.
