The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in family law and a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel to clients navigating complex family matters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on client success and professional development.DutiesDraft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a variety of family law cases.Represent clients in court hearings and legal proceedings as necessary.Assist with the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce cases.Communicate effectively with clients, team members, other departments, and outside agencies to ensure seamless case management.Develop case strategies by gathering information, conducting legal research, and providing guidance to clients for case preparation.Manage client interviews and case meetings while maintaining strong client relationships.Efficiently delegate tasks to team members, maximizing the use of available resources, technology, and attorney expertise.Contribute to achieving individual and firm-wide goals, maintaining a balance of independent work and teamwork.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in Family Law.In-depth knowledge of Family Law principles, court procedures, and legal strategies.Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.Proven ability to think critically, perform legal research, and develop case strategies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience handling legal issues related to family law, and providing actionable legal advice.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Armenian, or other languages is a plus.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsAdmission to the California Bar.SkillsAdvanced legal writing and research abilities.Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and team collaboration.Effective case management and time management skills.Proficiency with legal software and technology.Litigation and court experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
