Duties :
- Act as the point person on complex, high-exposure litigation matters
- Manage and supervise cases involving general liability, personal injury, defamation, construction, sexual assault / abuse, and insurance coverage claims
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, drafting motions, pleadings, and conducting court appearances
- Provide mentorship to junior associates and contribute to their professional development
- Prepare cases for potential trial and represent clients in court
- Work with a collaborative team in a friendly and open-door environment
- Manage multiple tasks and cases efficiently while maintaining work-life balance
