Duties :
- Lead and assist in the preparation and execution of intellectual property litigation, specifically patent litigation.
- Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
- Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including motions, expert reports, and depositions.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and pre-trial proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies.
- Support and contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives, including preparing client presentations and proposals.
- Assist in preparing detailed legal briefs, including motions and memoranda.
- Work with clients to understand their business goals and provide sound legal advice.
- Keep current with changes in patent law, technology, and industry standards.
