Duties

  • Manage a variety of business litigation cases, including financial and securities disputes.
  • Draft legal pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing litigation efforts.
  • Oversee the discovery process, including document review and management.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in business litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Experience in a mid-sized or large law firm setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial, securities, or complex civil litigation is a plus.
  • A federal clerkship or state appellate clerkship is advantageous.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing.
