Key Responsibilities

• Draft and refine legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Engage in strategic case development by analyzing legal issues and gathering evidence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters.
• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy in legal documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2-10 years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated ability to handle cases independently or as part of a team.
• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
