This position will primarily focus on automotive warranty litigation, including California Lemon Law claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in warranty matters, particularly in managing California Lemon Law claims, and will be proactive in managing a caseload.
