Duties :
- Represent clients in patent litigation matters before PTAB / IPR, district court, and / or ITC proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex intellectual property issues.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to patent litigation cases.
- Assist in deposition preparation, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications efficiently.
