The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience or a strong demonstrated interest in this practice area. This position requires excellent drafting, communication, and supervisory skills, along with the ability to work independently and oversee teams. Key Responsibilities:Oversee teams and lead various projects, including litigation document management, filings, and other legal initiatives.Draft complex motions and pleadings, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and preparing ancillary filings.Assist with trial preparation, including conducting legal research, drafting discovery requests/responses, and preparing witnesses.
