A law firm in Miami, FL, is actively seeking a seasoned Partner specializing in Estate Planning to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will operate remotely and bring a portable business of $350,000 to $500,000, contributing to the firm's continued success.

Duties :

  • Provide expert guidance and legal counsel in the area of Estate Planning.
  • Lead and oversee complex estate matters, including wills, trusts, and probate.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall performance of the Estate Planning practice group.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends in Estate Planning.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Partner specializing in Estate Planning within a reputable law firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage legal professionals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Education :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    • Certifications :

  • Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission.

    • Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of Estate Planning laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional client management and business development skills.
  • Proficient in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
