Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of managing all aspects of privacy litigation cases, from initial research to trial preparation. Conduct in-depth legal research on privacy laws and regulations at federal, state, and international levels. Collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and case plans. Draft and refine key legal documents, including briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring substantial litigation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and a passion for navigating complex legal issues in the rapidly evolving field of privacy law. Key requirements include minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, expertise in legal research, writing, and analysis, particularly in privacy law, and ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
