To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment funds, with a focus on private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds. Experience in secondary transactions, separately managed accounts, and carry vehicle structuring is preferred. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think conceptually and approach challenges with creative solutions. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Our ideal candidate will also have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where they are applying.
