Duties :

Co-investments and secondary transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate fund formation documents and related agreements.

Assist clients in structuring and closing complex transactions.
Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of fund-related matters.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements :
4–7 years of experience in private equity fund formation.
Proven experience working with private fund sponsors and institutional investors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex legal issues.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the Illinois State Bar and in good standing.
