Job Overview : A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a skilled Project Finance Lawyer with 5-8 years of experience to join their team. The role primarily involves drafting and negotiating financing documentation for various projects.

Duties :

  • Drafting and negotiating principal financing documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and inter-creditor agreements.
  • Advising clients on project finance structures and strategies.
  • Conducting due diligence and reviewing project documentation.
  • Providing legal support throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to financial close.
  • Manage legal aspects of project finance transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Project Finance law.
  • Strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documentation.
  • Familiarity with project finance structures and industry standards.
  • Experience reviewing project documentation preferred.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the State Bar of California (active and in good standing).

    • Skills :

  • Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and client management skills.
