- Assist with abstracting legacy, new issuance, and replacement special servicer securitization instruments using proprietary software.
- Review and manage pooling and servicing agreements, indentures, inter-creditor agreements, and co-lender agreements related to CMBS loans.
- Work directly with a prominent client and support other capital markets transactions as needed.
- Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services in real estate finance.
