The candidate will be responsible for developing litigation strategy, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing all aspects of insurance coverage litigation.
Duties :
- Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes and class actions.
- Conduct complex legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda.
- Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage analyses, and provide coverage advice and recommendations.
- Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, interrogatories, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions, and attend court hearings and mediations.
- Conduct document review and work on all aspects of pretrial to trial proceedings.
- Manage and supervise associates and paralegals.
- Interact directly with clients and provide legal counsel and guidance.
