Duties :
- Provide legal guidance on issues related to Title IX, UCP, labor and employment, and student services.
- Advise educational institutions, employers, and individuals on legal compliance, policy matters, and dispute resolution.
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings, including investigations and hearings related to educational and employment complaints.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, responses, motions, and other related materials.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client decisions.
- Counsel clients on legal risks, ensuring they are well informed and prepared for all phases of litigation or settlement.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop strategic solutions and provide exceptional service to clients.
