Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to upper management and other departments within the company. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to upper management and other departments.
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software a plus.
