What you will be doing:
- Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies.
- Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
- Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of onboarding experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all employee levels, and exhibit a respectful and professional attitude of service, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Able and willing to maintain strict confidentiality
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and willingness to learn new systems as required
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects to meet deadlines
- A self-starter able to contribute to a collaborative team
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
