What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Maintenance position at BCH Mechanical?
BCH Mechanical has an immediate opening for a Full Time General Maintenance to join our team in Largo, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilities require a certain amount of upkeep to look their best, maintain a safe environment and serve their intended function
- Perform grounds keeping- landscaping, applying fertilizer, sweeping walkways, trimming shrubs, etc.
- Repair damaged desks, walls and equipment
- Assemble office furniture
- Minor painting
- Pick up and deliver materials, equipment, paperwork, and other items as required
- Light loading and unloading of trucks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Experience driving vehicles with up to six wheels is a plus
- Experience in general maintenance
