Previous customer service experience (required)

Job Duties:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our computerized systems.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
Follow up with customers daily from start to finish to ensure an utterly fabulous client experience
Walk customers through each step of the process as needed
