Job Overview
The Dealer Enablement Marketing Director will play a critical role in identifying, hiring, and managing marketing partners and platforms to support BCI’s extensive dealer network. This role will focus on creating easy-to-use solutions for both online and offline marketing channels, negotiating vendor agreements to optimize cost efficiencies, and driving adoption of these marketing tools among dealers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealer or franchise marketing, excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Project management skills will be essential for successfully executing these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Platform and Vendor Management
- Identify and evaluate marketing platforms and vendors for both online and offline marketing channels to support dealer marketing efforts.
- Negotiate contracts with marketing vendors to leverage BCI’s economies of scale, ensuring cost savings and value for the dealer network.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketing vendors, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
- Dealer Enablement and Support
- Develop and promote easy-to-use marketing tools and platforms that enable dealers to deploy campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- Provide marketing assets, templates, and best practices to dealers to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for dealers adopting marketing tools.
- Communication and Adoption
- Create and execute campaigns to promote marketing services to the dealer network, driving awareness and adoption.
- Deliver training and educational resources to ensure dealers understand and maximize the available marketing platforms and assets.
- Gather feedback from dealers to continually improve tools and resources provided.
- Strategic Planning, Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to align dealer marketing efforts with BCI’s overarching brand goals and objectives.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, identifying opportunities for improvement (ROI, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure BCI remains ahead of the curve.
- Project Management
- Lead projects to implement new processes and tools that enhance operational and marketing efficiency.
- Create and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience: 7 years in marketing, marketing operations, or project management.
Project Management Skills:
- Proven experience leading projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to train and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Familiarity in dealer or franchised organizations.
- Familiarity with the home improvement industry.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
