BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota. Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN. BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Responsibilities
- Utilize existing business and personal relationships to create opportunities for BCI Construction, Inc.
- Utilize referrals to create opportunities for additional relationship opportunities.
- Once information is learned about a potential project(s), initiate phone calls & conversations.
- Utilize Software to track leads, project procurement, important information, and contacts for the associated projects.
- Participate in corporate meetings and functions to understand timing, capacity, delivery, and skill sets
- Assess RFPs to formulate and deliver a high-quality response to client needs.
- Develop consistent marketing messages and company branding efforts.
- Ultimately, with a consistent goal on balance for year-round work, I would like this role to primarily be concerned on selling most of our work from September 1st to April 30th. This does not mean you cannot sell summer work; it is just stating typically that time frame is full.

- Highschool Diploma or GED
- A Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Sales
- Experience in Construction Industry preferred but not required
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project training (or equivalent)
- A minimum of three years experience in a Business Development role
- Knowledge of fabrication and installation of structures to have a good understanding of customer needs and structure capabilities
- Be proficient in business software applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook ect..)

- Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering and or Sales and Marketing
- Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
