BCI Construction INC is a leading provider of construction services in the 5-state area of Minnesota. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Project Superintendent to join our growing team.
Main Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will oversee site safety, monitor quality control, and ensure that all work complies with plans and specifications. They will also assist with development and management of project schedules, record and send daily progress reports, maintain a clean site, schedule and direct subcontractor work, and implement and monitor the safety program.
Essential Requirements
The candidate must have 3 years of building and construction management experience, strong communication skills, ability to read plans and enforce quality control. A valid driver's license and ability to communicate effectively in English are also essential.
