- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial planning and control.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable agreements that meet project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project team members, regarding project progress, schedule, and budget.
- Manage client relationships to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure opportunities, competitive proposals, and effective work.
