Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will oversee site safety, monitor quality control, and ensure that all work complies with plans and specifications. Additionally, they will assist with development and management of project schedules, record and send daily progress reports, maintain a clean site, schedule and direct subcontractor work, and implement and monitor the safety program.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have 3 years of building and construction management experience, strong communication skills, ability to read plans, and enforce quality control. They must also possess a valid driver's license and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Qualifications
PC literate (MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook), Procore experience, OSHA 30, SWPPP certified, and 5 years of construction management experience are highly desirable.
