Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will oversee site safety, monitor quality control, and ensure that all work complies with plans and specifications. They will also assist with development and management of project schedules, record and send daily progress reports, maintain a clean site, schedule and direct subcontractor work, and implement and monitor the safety program.
Requirements
A valid driver's license, ability to communicate effectively in English, and PC literate (MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook) are essential requirements for this role. Experience with Procore, OSHA 30, and SWPPP certification is highly desirable.
