Job Summary
The Director of Wealth Management Technology will be responsible for the strategic and tactical build-out, management, and continued evolution of Bci WealthCo’s advisory technology platform supporting RIA, BD, and Trust business lines. The Director will work closely with Bci WealthCo’s Wealth Management Leadership, Technology, Data, and 3rd Party Technology Teams to build a leading multi-dimensional international and domestic wealth management platform. The Director will execute strategic and tactical projects and serve as the steward for the wealth management technology platform vision. A strong candidate will display a deep understanding of investment platforms and technology, advisory economics, regulatory needs, wealth management investment solutions, and key players in the wealth management technology industry.
DUTIES OF THE POSITION

COMPUTER: Ability to use operate IBM compatible personal computers; fluency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Suite at an xxx level. Ability to operate AS400 is preferred, but not required. Ability to use other software as follows:

DUTIES OF THE POSITION
The duties of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and manage Bci WealthCo’s Technology Platform to reach goals related to advisor adoption, new technology delivery, AUM growth, compliance, and profitability
- Build and evolve the technology platform roadmap that addresses gaps and opportunities
- Demonstrate technical and functional expertise that leads to proficient problem-solving
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, competitor activity, and regulations
- Manage and negotiate critical vendor relationships and contracts
- Manage high-profile and complex situations with senior leadership, wealth advisors, and relationship managers by partnering with internal stakeholders in support of solving problems and driving technology utilization and enhancements
- Ability to develop meaningful relationships and trust with wealth advisors, banking relationship managers, and internal stakeholders to support technological needs across wealth management

Experience
- 10 years of wealth management technology experience working with RIAs
- Experience building and managing wealth management technology platforms
- Experience and working knowledge of Trust, RIA, and TAMP technology platforms like: FIS, SEI, Envestnet, Orion, AssertMark, SMArtX, Morningstar, Tamarac, Black Diamond, Addepar, InvestCloud (Tegra118)
- Experience and working knowledge of custodial platforms: Pershing, Fidelity, Schwab
- Able to operate in a team environment and work towards common goals
- Knowledge of industry trends and technology platform providers to ensure competitiveness (services, pricing, structure, etc.)
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and meeting skills
- Experience with building wealth management technology platform solutions and programs
- Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to translate technology and data needs to business stakeholders as well as technical teams
- Minimum one year in your present position
- Good and/or excellent performance review
