Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) knowledge of M-COSMOS a plus
- Conduct in-depth inspections of precision components, interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.
- Utilize a variety of manual and digital precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Analyze and document inspection results, identifying non-conformances and collaborating with engineers to resolve issues.
- Maintain a structured, organized workflow, ensuring all CMM programs and records are up to date.
- Take ownership, suggesting continuous improvements where necessary.
