A top 50 firm is looking to build out its Capital Markets team in New York with associates with a JD year of 2021 - 2022.
This firm holds mentorship as a key element in the relationships between Partners and Associates, meaning that at this crucial part of your career you'll have the opportunity to not only learn from some of the best in the business, but be guided by them also.
You'll focus your practice on a variety of capital markets transactions and public company issues, with a specific focus across liability management transactions.
We're looking for associates with an excellent background in capital markets, ideally from a comparable firm and a JD from a well regarded, ABA accredited law school.
The compensation is market rates and, whilst they are a highly ranked firm, the working style is more relaxed, allowing you to deliver on highly sophisticated and varied work whilst in an environment that encourages growth and collaboration.
