Having grown the team to 6 Partners and supporting associates over the last 2 yrs they are looking to double-down on this growth across Private Equity Finance, Private Credit (including Special Situations and Capital Solutions) and Leveraged Finance.
As a rapidly-expanding team, there are huge opportunities to get involved in Business Development, take client management responsibility, and help build profile for the practice in the market.
The culture within the practice is incredibly welcoming with a strong "all in this together" attitude running from Partners down to junior associates.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to help build out an already successful practice and take it to the next level.
You will need 3 - 7 years experience within PE Finance, Leveraged Finance or Private Credit, gained within an AMLAW top50 firm, a stable career history, and exceptional academics, ideally gained from a Top50 Law School.
Salary : $260,000 - $415,000
