You bring a portable book of business in excess of $5 million, and you’re ready to leverage a top-tier brand, premier client base, and unmatched national resources.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as trusted counsel to startups and scale-ups throughout their lifecycle — from formation to exit.
- Advise top-tier venture capital firms and strategic investors on financings and investments.
- Lead and manage complex venture financings, M&A, and growth transactions.
- Collaborate with a highly integrated national ECVC team and cross-practice experts.
- Continue to grow your practice with the support of business development resources and a tech-forward legal platform.
