Our client, a privately-held investment firm in Gramercy is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support an executive and their team. This person must be comfortable booking international and domestic, multi-leg travel. They should be well versed in scheduling meetings across various time zones and processing expense reports in various currencies. Confidentiality, ability to multitask and an out of the box approach to initiatives and solutions, and a strong work ethic are imperative to success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct advanced gatekeeping; independently prioritize and track meeting/call requests and reroute as necessary
- Manage constantly changing executive calendars, including detailed planning of meetings, conference calls across multiple time zones
- Coordinate frequent international and domestic travel - often times at short notice and potentially outside of business hours
- Liaise between the Executive and other Departments and Teams
- Process complex monthly expense reports
- Update and maintain contacts and entries in Salesforce
- Help organize team events and offsites
- Work on specific team projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a support role
- Superior communication skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to work directly with Partners and portfolio/prospect companies
- Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude, no task too big or too small
- Desire and capability to work as a team player
- Highly motivated, self-driven, solution and detail-oriented
- Able to work well in an ever-changing environment
- Outlook and Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
