What you’ll do:
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies and cross-checking cost estimates
- Prepare detailed submittal drawings per BCM standards including but not limited to control drawings, flow diagrams, network drawings, valve and damper schedules and bill of materials
- Prepare BAS equipment floor plans indicating networking and DDC equipment layouts
- Generates RFI’s
- Develop HVAC sequences of operations
- Gather all technical information to produce quality submittals
Who you are:
- B.S. in Engineering or 2-4 years’ HVAC Controls Design or Maintenance experience
- Understanding of networking, temperature controls and integrated systems
- Strong skills in electronics troubleshooting and relay logic
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software
- Good understanding of construction methods
- Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks
Reports to the Engineering Manager
Salary Range: $75-$95K
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
