What You’ll Do
- Assist Controller in month end, including preparation of journal entries, GL account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and petty cash
- Assist CFO and Controller in job cost analysis
- Record daily ACH customer payments
- Record daily inventory transfers
- Prepare monthly forecast report
- Prepare and issue monthly Service Analysis Reports which include days to bill reports, service agreement renewal reports, open work order reports and warranty reports
- Assist and back up accounts payable
- Support contracts and service managers with preparation of ad-hoc reports
- Provide leadership to others by example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
- Operate within Company policy guidelines.
- Perform other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.
- General support for Accounting Department
Who You Are
- You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn
- 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Strong financial systems experience and knowledge in accounting practices
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, to be analytical, and multi-task
- Highly organized and detail oriented

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
