BCM Security Services is hiring 75 Event Security Officers for the Bonnaroo Music Festival, taking place from June 11 through June 15. We’re looking for responsible and professional individuals to help maintain a safe and secure environment during this high-energy, multi-day music event. This is a great short-term opportunity with competitive pay and flexible shifts.
Pay Rates:
- $15/hour – Day Shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- $17/hour – Night Shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Job Duties Include:
- Access Control – Monitor and manage entry/exit points to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed in designated areas.
- Loss Prevention – Observe and report suspicious activity to prevent theft, damage, or misconduct.
- Vendor Security – Oversee and support vendors on-site to ensure proper credentials and safe operations.
- Observation & Presence Security – Maintain a strong visible presence to deter incidents and ensure guest safety.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to stand for 6 hours
- Ability to remain alert, courteous, and professional throughout the shift
- Previous security experience is a plus, but not required
