Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring Medical Center Parking Lot, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Collaborate with law enforcement personnel when required for enhanced security measures.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is an advantage.
• Must possess strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to work this location. A reliable vehicle will be needed in the event of inclement weather.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
