- Join a dedicated team of highly skilled recruiters working together to rapidly grow our company, expanding our reach on multiple government contracts
- The primary responsibility is driving a smooth recruitment process for the sourcing and recruiting of direct-hire openings
- Types of positions range from technical (engineering) professionals and management in the information technology field
- Responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline and helping to hire and retain skilled employees to support multiple openings across the company portfolio
- Be able to convey full suite of company capabilities as well as key benefit information, applying best practices in a friendly way
- Heavy emphasis will be on sourcing from various databases to identify cleared, technical talent to support various contracts
- Review resumes, conduct initial chats, to analyze applicant’s abilities and to ensure candidates share company values
- At a high level, the candidate process includes application review, or reach out, conducting phone screening, negotiating salary with internal team, and submitting resume, and customer interviews, and providing timely feedbacks
- Utilize multiple internet resources, including job boards and social media
- You’ll use negotiation skills along with a creative and positive mindset to remove blockers
- Track and manage ATS system (knowledge of iCIMS is a plus) to process and move candidates as they progress through various hiring stages
- Maintain candidate contact and advocacy through the entire hiring process. You would be their personal guide from step to step
- Network with potential candidates to promote and attract top technology professionals
- The candidate hiring process can take an average of 1-2 months. During this time, you would stay in contact with check-ins, keeping the candidate engaged and excited
- Possess strong client focus with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and support them in executing ambitious growth plans
- Assist with other talent acquisition projects and administrative tasks
- Assist in sending weekly recruiting team status reports to leadership
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree or the equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 2 year of technical recruiting experience
- This is a 100% remote work role that requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Familiarity with security clearances supporting roles in the Federal Sector
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, boolean searches, etc.)
- Enjoy finding creative and/or more efficient ways to solve problems
- Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
- Good at synthesizing key points from group discussions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage, protect, and maintain confidential information
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and change courses quickly without compromising accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions through research
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Committed and dependable
- Experience recruiting in the National and Military Intelligence and DoD space
- An understanding of the word "Prime"
- Understanding of the US government security clearance process
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance rules and regulations
