The Verizon Account Associate position is an entry-level role that provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales techniques, and marketing strategy execution. Our Verizon Account Associates will work closely with experienced professionals, learning how to drive revenue and establish strong client relationships, giving you the confidence and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do As A Verizon Account Associate:
- Identify & Qualify Leads – Research potential clients, pinpoint key decision-makers, and gather essential insights to craft personalized solutions that meet their unique business needs.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Support – Our Verizon Account Associate will engage with customers, address inquiries, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure a seamless experience that fosters trust and satisfaction.
- Drive Sales & Follow-Ups – Stay proactive in setting appointments, following up with prospects, and closing deals to exceed sales goals and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate & Achieve – Work closely with the Business Sales Account Specialist team to consistently hit and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Strategize for Growth – Partner with leadership to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize sales impact.

What We're Looking For:
We seek individuals for this entry-level Verizon Account Associate position in Greenville. The ideal entry-level candidate has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and is a self-starter!
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience: 0-2 years in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced, dynamic environment such as retail, hospitality, or a startup is preferred
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus but not required
- Skills: Ability to work independently, results-driven, persuasive, positive attitude, and resilient
