Among other things, here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead building development efforts, cultivate strong client relationships, and support project pursuits to drive business growth.
- Actively manage project budgets, including developing fee proposals, soliciting subconsultant proposals, performing earned-value analysis, handling invoicing, and assisting in proposal and contract negotiations to secure agreements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Foster positive team morale and collaboration, ensuring a productive, integrated work environment across all internal disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, plus a minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in architecture.
- Licensed Architect.
- Solid leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently and ensure successful outcomes.
- Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam, with a solid understanding of how to utilize these tools to support efficient project management and foster effective collaboration.
The details:
- This is a full-time position based in our Tacoma office. Some regional travel is necessary.

- This position offers 24 days of “all-inclusive” PTO that can be used for reasons important to you.
- The pay range for this position is $89,000 – $110,000. New hires typically join in the lower end of this range and progress over time while demonstrating mastery of the position.
