We are looking for an entry-level Architectural Associate who is excited to launch their journey in architecture. Among other things, here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Support building and site design by contributing both creative ideas and technical expertise throughout the design process.
- Conduct technical research, provide expertise on project components, and develop specialized design details.
- Research zoning requirements, including site zoning, overlay regulations, setback and height restrictions, and buffer requirements.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, markets, disciplines, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist and promote design initiatives, encouraging creativity and collaboration throughout the project.
Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit with the ability to support the development of drawings through all phases of design.
The details:
- This is a full-time position based in our Tacoma office. Hybrid and remote work arrangements are not available.

- This position offers 24 days of “all-inclusive” PTO in the first year that can be used for reasons important to you.
- The pay range for this position is $53,000 – $58,000. New hires typically join in the lower end of this range and progress over time while demonstrating mastery of the position.
